Hydrogen peroxide and glucose are released from the honey after it is diluted in bodily fluids or water. There may be less chance of scarring, and the dressing will be able to be removed with a smaller chance of sticking and pulling away scabs or healing when you apply the honey to the wound.

Honey also helps with your immune system! Just take one teaspoon each day to bolster your immune system and help reduce fatigue. Honey does this by helping you increase blood flow and improve blood fortification. It also hardens capillaries while distributing glucose to your body.

Honey also helps with damaged colons. All you have to do here is mux three tablespoons of it with a Β½ of apple cider vinegar and drink it to help expel parasite from the body.Β

Ginger has leukotrienes and prostaglandins that make it act like ibuprofen, helping your body reduce inflammation and pain. Ginger is also known to help eliminate acid and fluid around the joints of people who suffer from arthritis.Β 

The roots of the plant can help you with morning sickness, nausea, stomach problems, and pain. For flu treatment, all you have to do is steep Β½ of dried vinegar in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Then, strain the mixture and add honey to it.Β 

However, remember not to take too much as ginger could cause heartburn or an upset stomach if taken too frequently or in high amounts. Pregnant and nursing women should not consume in excess or 1,000 milligrams of dried ginger a day.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is great for skin treatments like burns, acne, and more. This mending plant can also be used as ointment when mixed with coconut oil, aloe, and nectar for skin revival properties.

Garlic

Consuming garlic on a daily basis helps to lower cholesterol levels because of the anti-oxidant properties of Allicin. It is also immensely beneficial to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels.Β
